Standardization Engineer (3GPP/IEEE/MPEG)

We are actively involved in global telecommunications and A/V codec standards organizations such as 3GPP, IEEE 802.11, and MPEG.
​Role Description
​
This is a full-time on-site role as a Standardization Engineer (3GPP/IEEE/MPEG) at WILUS, Inc, located in Seongnam. The Standardization Engineer will be responsible for contributing to the development and standardization of next-generation mobile communications and multimedia services. This includes actively participating in 3GPP, IEEE, MPEG, and other relevant standardization bodies, conducting research, proposing new technologies and features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of standards.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Knowledge of communications & multimedia standards and protocols is a plus

Previous experience in standardization organizations (3GPP, IEEE, MPEG) is a plus
